Just wanted to say "thanks" for visiting this forum. A "big thanks" if you signed up.
The markets are suffering from high oil prices, rising interest rates, poor corporate earnings releases, amongst many other things. The market, composed of humans, are effected psychologically by these things, which result in sell-offs.
The NASDAQ still has yet to punch up thru 2150, the SP 500 has not gone thru 1250. Once it does, we can go back to S and C-funds. Right now, the I-Fund, which is non-USA stocks, is the best performing index.
My current TSP balance is 100% I-fund, however it is possible that I will be switching to G-fund in a few weeks if the markets further deteriorate.

| Hi Bill, Rolo, and Sky! Bill, I agree with much of what you have said, with the exception that I have no idea what I will be switching to in the near future. I don't try to predict the markets as much as try to follow them.. |
