I have read with interest that there are some of you that do some switching around of your accounts? Is there any particular reason that you do this, and are you actually acquiring higher percentages?

Yes I switch my account around based on some programs I wrote. My TSP was up 11.2% last year. I just put 50% of my account into the C fund last Friday. I will post a chart if the site lets me.
